Booking & Session Details:
1. What Is Included?
Your selected package includes a personalized photography session and professionally edited final images. You will receive only the number of images listed within your chosen package.
Please note that raw (unedited) files, unselected images, and original camera files are not included and will not be released.
2. Is There A Deposit?
Yes. A non-refundable $20 deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your session date. Your appointment is confirmed once your deposit and agreement are completed.
If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be applied toward one new appointment date as long as proper notice is provided. Deposits are forfeited for no-shows or cancellations made outside of the required notice period.
3. What Happens If I Miss My Session?
Your $20 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you do not attend your scheduled session without providing at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
Any prepaid materials, props, or expenses are also non-refundable.
4. Are There Travel Fees?
Travel within 1 mile of my base location in Ridgewood, Queens is included.
Locations beyond this area may require an additional travel fee based on distance, travel time, transportation costs, tolls, parking, or other related expenses. Any applicable travel fees will be discussed and approved prior to the session.
Session Preparation & Scheduling:
5. What If I Am Running Late?
A 15-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, a $20 late fee will be added to your final balance.
Please note that session time will not be extended due to late arrival.
6. Can I Get My Photos Sooner?
Yes. Expedited delivery options are available:
• Expedited Delivery: 6–10 days
• Rush Delivery: 3–5 days
These timelines begin once your final image selections are submitted.
7. How Long Is The Wait?
Standard delivery is within 14 days from the date your final image selections are submitted.
Faster turnaround options are available for an additional fee.
Photo Selection, Editing & Gallery:
8. How Do I Select My Photos?
After your session, you will receive a proofing gallery where you can select the images you would like included in your final gallery.
Selections must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your proofing gallery.
9. What If I Choose My Photos Late?
Your proofing selections should be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your proofing gallery.
If selections are submitted late, your delivery timeline may be extended by the number of days your selections are delayed. This may affect expedited or rush delivery timelines.
10. Can I Get Raw Files?
To ensure the highest quality and consistency, I provide only professionally edited JPEG files.
Raw files, unedited images, and original camera files are not included and will not be released.
11. Can I Apply My Own Edits?
I take great care in maintaining my artistic style and editing process. Final images may not be altered, filtered, or re-edited after delivery.
12. Do I Receive Every Photo Taken During My Session?
No. Your final gallery includes only the professionally selected and edited images included within your package.
Unselected images and unedited files are not delivered.
Final Delivery & Additional Services:
13. Can I Purchase Additional Images?
Yes. Additional images may be purchased for $25 per image within 30 days of final gallery delivery.
After this period, files may be permanently deleted and additional images are no longer guaranteed to be available.
14. When Is The Final Payment Due?
After your final gallery is prepared, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance.
Images will remain watermarked until payment is received in full, at which point full download access will be provided.
15. Can I Share On Social Media?
Absolutely! I would love for you to share your images.
If you post your photos publicly, please credit @Kberry.Photos by tagging or mentioning my account.
16. Will You Use My Photos?
Unless you request otherwise in writing, I may use final images from your session for promotional purposes, including my portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials.
If you would prefer your images to remain private, please notify me in writing.
