Made Simple
1. What is included?
You will receive a personalized session and beautifully edited final images. your package only includes the amount of images listed on your selected package. Please note that raw (unedited) files are not part of the package.
2. How do I select my photos?
You can easily make your selections Once your proofing gallery is sent out.
3. Is there a deposit?
Yes, a $20 deposit is required to secure your date. You will receive a confirmation once payment is processed.
4. When is the final payment due?
After you have viewed your final gallery, simply pay the remaining invoice balance before downloading your images.
5. Can I get raw files?
To ensure the highest quality, I provide only professionally polished JPEGs rather than unedited files.
6. Can I apply my own edits?
I take great care in my unique artistic style; I kindly ask that you keep the images as delivered.
7. How long is the wait?
Your gallery will be ready within 14 days of selection, though faster turnaround options are available for purchase.
8. Can I get my photos sooner?
Yes, express delivery within 3 to 10 days is available for an additional fee.
9. What if I am running late?
I offer a friendly 15-minute grace period. Beyond that, a $20 fee applies to keep things on track for everyone.
10. What happens if I miss my session?
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a no-show.
11. Are there travel fees?
I am happy to travel for free within one mile of Ridgewood, Queens. For locations further away, a small fee will apply.
12. Can I share on social media?
I would Love for you to share on social platforms. Please tag @Kberry.Photos to give proper credit.
13. Will you use my photos?
I may feature our work in my portfolio, but please let me know via email if you would prefer to keep them private.
14. What if I choose my photos late?
To ensure a timely delivery, please select your favorites from your proofing gallery promptly, as delays may shift your delivery date.
